Step 1: Fill in Application Information

Please get ready in hand the Transport Department's notification letter and take the following steps to input your application information:

1. Input Application Number.
2. Input Proposed PVRM.

On the right bottom of the screen, you can:

• Press <Back> button to go back to the previous screen; or
• Press <Clear> button to clear and re-input the data; or
• Press <Search> button to start the searching for the application.
