1. Confirm or update your e-contact means.

2. Change contact channels if needed.

3. Input “Mobile Phone No.” or “Email Address”.

4. Click “Send One-time Password”.

2. Click "Validate"

Step 2 - Section C: Upload required support document(s)

You are required to provide supporting document(s) for your application for renewal of vehicle licence. You need to have the document image ready before starting this application.

Please provide valid third party risk insurance policy / cover note:

1. Please select “Name of Insurance Company” (not agent).

2. Enter “Name of Policy Holder”.

3. Enter “Policy / Cover Note No.”.

4. Enter “Effective Date”.

5. Enter "Expiry Date".

6. Click “Check with MIDAS”.

7. If MIDAS cannot locate your record, please upload the image of the policy of insurance or a covering note.

1. The drop-down list for “Name of Insurance Company” is located at the bottom of browser. Please swipe left / right from the drop-down list to select.

Step 2 - Section D: Declaration on Application for waiving Additional Fees

If the vehicle licence has expired and the vehicle has not used on the road during the entire unlicensed period, you can apply for the additional fee to be waived by:

1. Select “Yes” or “No” to make this declaration to apply for the additional fee for the period to be waived.
